This site really felt like a massive step-up for me. It was this project where I was given a little more freedom to play with the interaction and, obviously under the watchful eye of James, figure out how to achieve a specific interaction by taking a static layout and design and making it more playful. In hindsight, this site also holds fond memories as it was the first project with Assembly, who I would go on to work with many times as a freelancer.

Using the gyroscope at the time was extremely exciting. It felt like it was completely new technology on the new medium of touch devices. It finally felt like you could do something exciting in the space. I'm sure this set the groundwork for my future desktop -> mobile interaction work.
